Holiday Makes It Easier To Plan My Calorie Cycling Diet :)

The summer break is rather boring… but one thing that I find to be very interesting is I can plan my Calorie Cycling diet better. Before this, I always go for foods that are easier to prepare because I need to go to school However, now, I’m able to customize my Calorie Shifting menu to slightly more complicated (I actually generate the menu using the online diet generator, and customize it on my own :) ). Here are some tips when you want to slightly customize the menu :

1) Do keep closely to the ingredients

2) Remember to estimate the calorie that you will derive from the food

3) Go for healthier cooking ways

Following the calorie shifting diet programme has made me to be more cautious of my health. I heard that in some countries, obesitiy is a crime… pretty ridiculous, but quite logical too.

What Do I Get After The Calorie Cycling Diet?

This post will be a little bit different from what I wrote at “My Feeling After Finishing My Calorie Cycling Diet Course“, besides great physical change, the most precious thing that I receive from the Calorie Cycling diet is self-esteem!

Before I started following the 7 days diet course from the Calorie Shifting website, I used to be a person who afraids to speak up or approach someone because I thought that my appearance will be a “wall” of the communication between me and my friends. I always thought that my friends have some kind of look at me… which I think I’m totally wrong.

I was talking with my friend, Jenny, few days ago, and she told me that I have a tremendous change. I have become more outspoken, and she asked why I never do so before I started dieting. I told her my reasons, and she just laughed at me. She said that no one ever have such thoughts on me before, it is just me who keep everything to myself, making other people think that I’m a quiet person. Now, only I know that my friends do not judge on the outerior appearance, but through the many years of friendship. :)

Having a boosted self-esteem, has allowed me to be myself, a real me, who loves to talk, laugh and joke. I really happy that I have followed the Calorie Cycling diet for so long, and I will definitely continue dieting :)

I’m Doing Yoga Too! It Can Improve The Effect Of My Calorie Cycling Diet!

Lol, I can see many “DO” in the title of this post. Basically, today, I would like to share some exercises that I do when I’m following the Calorie Cycling diet. Other than jogging and swimming, I also signed up for Yoga class last week. I find that Yoga is a very great exercise because I sweat a lot when I’m doing. My body becomes very warm when doing all the crazy stretching things. Not only that, my body gets warm even when I’m doing the Yoga breathing (the pranayana I think).

According to the instructor, Yoga helps to improve our organ systems, and thus improving our metabolism. Since the Calorie Cycling diet is aimed to improve our metabolism too. I think combining with Yoga, it will double the effect! I really renjoy doing Yoga because the feeling is so nice and comfortable.

Besides that, Yoga can also help to tone my body. Since I’m losing weight so fast, I think Yoga is definitely the best way to avoid flabby skin :)

The Effects Of Green Tea On Calorie Cycling

Recently, I have read an article about the effects of lemon juice and green tea (I drink green tea very often) on the Calorie cycling diet from the Calorie Shifting website. I find that the information provided is quite useful, so I would like to summarize some points here.

According to the article, it says that lemon juice and green tea help in improving our detoxification function, thus improving our body’s metabolism. Therefore, if we can include such drinks in our Calorie cycling diet, then it will help to enhance the weight loss progress.

Detoxification helps to do this through cleaning our blood and prepare a good environment that is suitable for our body system. Therefore, our organs will be able to work efficiently, and improving the effectiveness of the Calorie cycling diet. Besides, detoxification will also boost our immune system and prevent cancer.

Starting My Own Calorie Cycling Diet Plan Today!

After creating my own diet plan at the Calorie Shifting website, today, I finally can follow my own Calorie cycling diet plan. The food is pretty nice, which consists of sandwich, salad et cetera. I chose to drink green tea because I love it. Green tea is also very good for detoxification. This might help to get rid of the pimples on my face :)

Anyway, other than following the diet, I’m going to take on a more vigorous exercise instead of just jogging. I’m planning to go swimming twice a week. Will see how the plan goes and whether I have time :)

So, I have created my own Calorie Cycling diet menu at the Calorie Shifting website. I look through the 11 days diet plan, and it is so great because I can select the foods that I like.
