Happy 2009!
Happy New Year!
I didn't update last week because of all the work I was doing finishing up 50 Lenses (pages) on Squidoo. The final two were Why I Love The GIMP and CleanerLife's Lenses, but I also went back and did some updating on my older Lenses.
I did get the White Christmas I was hoping for, even if it wasn't as much snow as I would have liked.
We received more snow on New Year's Eve. The snow thrower survived a snow clearing session mid-storm, but appeared to die the next morning during the final clean up. The problem was actually that the key had fallen out and landed on the ground.
Luckily, I found it while clearing snow with the shovel. Pretty funny, because it's not like it is easy to remove the key from it's slot, and it seemed pretty secure after being put back into place.
Not sure exactly where the new year will take me, but I'm looking at some pretty good money on my way from affiliate links on Squidoo. My affiliate income started looking good before I even made 50 Lenses, so I'm sure to start building more like ones generating affiliate income.
Right now, the affiliate income is looking better than any payout I'm likely to get from Squidoo itself. Of course getting a payout from Squidoo would certainly be nice.
