Hello again, Ratnaveera. Thank you for reaching out. First things first - let's start with the benefits. When you add a feed to our system, it creates two pages - a feed detail page, and a feed content page. Plus a page for the host site - if this is the first feed from that host. These pages contain links to the site, the feed, the host, and each entry title is a link back to the site/post. These pages are then crawled by search engines, get indexed, get pagerank. The bottomline is - your site/blog gets exposure and traffic. When the feed is added, you need to tag/comment it, so it will be shown on your profile - easy to find again by chosing a tag. The more members tag/bookmark your feed, the better - it improves feed's ranking within the system, which leads to even more exposure resulting in more traffic. Makes sense? Feel free to get in touch anytime. -- Your friendly project founder Leo.
